How to Remove MacKeeper from the Mac menu bar

If you click on the MacKeeper menu in the Mac menu bar, you will not find the Exit command, which could lead you to believe that you cannot exit. Forced abandonment does not seem to work either.

To remove MacKeeper icon from the menu bar:
